Energy Exchange for what I Offer
Reiki Energy Balancing
Energy exchange: $77
Duration: 60 minute
What to expect: A full hour of dedicated, silent energy work focused entirely on restoring balance, clearing static, and relaxing your physical and energetic body. This is a quiet, non-talking session designed to let you deeply rest, accompanied only by quiet background music and some sound instruments.
Healing Breathwork
Energy exchange: $77
Duration: 60-minute
What to expect: A container blending talk and active breathing, dedicated to moving you from the overactive mind into the connected heart. We begin with a supportive check-in to discuss what is surfacing, followed by a specific two-stage Pranayama active mouth-breath. This dynamic meditation floods the body with oxygen to help shift stuck emotional energy, clear lifetime blockages, and release physical tension. As we stir the subconscious layers where stress and old narratives live, we open up a deep space for physical vibration, profound somatic release, and radical self-love. Come ready to lay down, actively participate, and let your own life force heal you.
